Jiangmen plant has 20 sets large injection machines, workshop occupy around 9000 square meters, warehouse 5000 square meters. Huizhou plant has 40 sets injection machine, workshop occupy around 5000 square meters, warehouse 3000 square meters. Total production capacity is over 120*40HQ per month. We Own QA Engineer tool room , our engineers not only could maintaining the mould , but also able to build new mould. We are using central feeding system to supply PP materials, it could guarantee materials safety, hygiene, and Save labor, higher efficiency. Our factory have BSCI and BRC certificate.

 

Microwavable container, deli container and the PP cutlery are our superior products which made of high grade virgin PP material, it ensure our plastic products to keep attractive and durable. We have sold many to large food service distributors in USA, Canada and Australia country, 

 

As qualified products, all of our products has passed the SGS test and get the FDA certificate, and not matter in heating or freezing condition, it is safe to contact with food. And our MICROWAVABLE CONTAINERS has got the design and lock & seal patent certificate which issued by American Patent Office, it evidence our sealing structure is qualified, a patent paper could help customers to answer customs checking and avoid huge penalty when any competitors tells your tort.
